MY STORY

Why Maths Dragon?

Hi, my name is Rebecca Hoskins. I am a qualified maths teacher with in-depth knowledge of numeracy and mathematics, and I have a reputation for delivering engaging lessons that challenge and inspire students.

After initially qualifying in 1995 with a BA QTS (Hons), I later achieved a maths PGCE in 2016. I've taught extensively worldwide for over 29 years. Additionally, I hold an MA in Special Educational Needs - Teaching an Adapted Curriculum from UNCC.

I can plan and deliver lessons across the full mathematics curriculum while maintaining a safe and engaging classroom environment for all abilities.

With rigorous progress tracking and assessment methods, I ensure that all students reach their full potential. I also have 5 years of experience in tutoring, both online and in person.
